For the Cupcakes:

- 3-4 cups powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Make the Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in sour cream and milk. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
